Please ensure you read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Payment

When placing an order, simply follow the payment instruction and validation process.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.
We use Sagepay as our payment method to ensure all transactions are secure. Validation checks are carried out by card issuers when making a Card payment.

Delivery

Goods are dispatched according to the option selected.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, which will include a tracking number for any tracked orders.
We aim to ensure orders are delivered within the indicated time scales, however, in the rare case that a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, Chantel Martin are under no liability.

Orders in the UK over £50 are delivered free of charge.

Upon placing your order, we aim to process and dispatch your items within 48 hours.
Our parcels are delivered via Interlink Express or a registered courier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home when the courier arrives, you can arrange a re-delivery or collect from a local depot at a more convenient time.

We endeavour to ensure that your candle reaches you in the best possible condition and personally pack each item to avoid any damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your candle arrives broken or damaged, we are more than happy to exchange or refund your purchase within seven days. (See ~Returns').

Returns

We always aim to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, however on the occasion that you wish to make a return, please send the item back within 7 working days.
Please ensure the product you wish to return is in its original condition, we are unable to refund used items.
If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect delivery, we will happily refund the postage. However if it is for another, unspecified reason, you will have to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

Privacy Policy

Any personal data obtained from our website including names, addresses (home/email) and contact numbers will be stored securely and not released to any third parties.
